Information Technology Design Consulting

Do a quick Google search on “% of IT projects that Fail” and you will find numbers well over 50%.  The reasons that you will find are things like poor business requirements, poor project management, scope creep, etc.  Don’t be fooled, most of the problems are poor design.  Most IT projects are automating waste.  The aim should be to enable the design so workers can be more effective.  Yet, many IT projects practically ignore keeping the users engaged.

We have also found that IT solutions have been cobbled together like something from the Dark Ages.  Multiple “solutions” have been purchased that neither enable or automate.  It’s like building a Cadillac from different pieces from year to year – sorry, old Johnny Cash song.

Start with a good design and the rest will follow.  Contact us for coaching, consulting or just an ear to listen.
