Personal Reconnaissance

On July 1, 1863 Major General John Reynolds was shot and killed while conducting personal reconnaissance of the battlefield at Gettysburg.  Many Generals during the Civil War could not get the necessary information that was needed from reports, messengers and spies so they went to the battlefield to “see for themselves.”

No one can get the context needed to make good decisions without “seeing for themselves” what happens in the interactions between customer and your organization.
The 95 Method © offer an option to study your own organization through Personal Reconnaissance.

Begin your journey to “see for yourself” at [email protected] for some steps you can take today.  We’ll guide you through a test drive of the method.  You will not be taking the mortal risks that General Reynolds did . . . hopefully.
